Created by Piet Oudolf in celebration of ten years at Hauser & Wirth Somerset, experience our courtyard garden as a place to eat and benefit from a tranquil sun trap. From your table, you can enjoy a glimpse of Le Poète et sa muse by Niki de Saint Phalle.

Our menus are led by the seasons and what’s growing in our walled garden and on our farm on the edge of Bruton. Fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs and flowers are delivered throughout the week from our walled garden, just ten minutes away.
