International Women’s Day

To celebrate La Festa Della Donna 2025, three women from the Da Costa team have created a special menu for you to enjoy on Saturday 8th March.

The Mimosa Flower

International Women’s Day has been celebrated since 1911, as a day for all who care about women’s equality and to highlight the achievements of women.

In celebration of the day, vibrant yellow mimosa flowers are handed out across Italy, and our chefs have taken inspiration from this bloom to create a special three-course menu, which can be enjoyed alongside the main menu.

The Menu

Antipasti 14

Dani, our Commis Chef, has created a golden beetroot carpaccio starter topped with whipped White Lake Fetish, rocket, almonds, and pickled onions.

Risotto 26

A long-standing member of the Roth Bar & Grill team, and now Sous Chef at Da Costa, Lorna has crafted a delicious saffron risotto main course for you to enjoy. This dish features a base of Italian risotto rice, complemented by clams, Bottarga, and salsa verde.

Dolce 10

Our Pastry Chef, Cecily, is making a Torte Mimosa, a beautiful cake designed to look like Mimosa flowers. The chef behind our Tiramisù—described as so good it should be illegal—she has designed the perfect way to finish an incredible meal.
