With our Manuela New York chef, Sean Froedtert, joining us for a few days in Somerset, we saw the perfect opportunity to bring a little of the city’s flavour to our tables.

Though the North Atlantic separates us, both at Manuela in New York and here at Da Costa, our focus remains the same: quality, seasonal ingredients that celebrate the best of what’s local.

On Wednesday 20th August, join us for a set dinner menu that brings together favourites from both restaurants, a meeting of Northern Italy and New York, on a plate.
