With roots stretching back to the Roman Empire, Ferragosto finds its origins in “Feriae Augusti” — the August rest — a pause after weeks of working on the farm. Today, in Rivamonte Agordino residents make the most of the day by heading out into the mountains and catching up with friends and family. At its heart, Ferragosto is about togetherness — and, of course, food. Loved ones gather to celebrate the season’s bounty, sharing the fruits of their labour.

Join us for the first four Fridays in August as we celebrate our take on Ferragosto, with special dishes served every Friday from 5.30pm. Enjoy live music with an Italian flair and unwind in our beautiful courtyard garden.
